QQ Mail (@qq.com)
To protect your account, QQ Mail requires an Authorization Code instead of your password when signing in through third-party email clients.
Step 1: Enable POP3/IMAP/Exchange Service
Log in to QQ Mail (web or official app) → Settings → Accounts & Security.
Under POP3/IMAP/Exchange Service, click "Enable".
Step 2: Get Your QQ Mail Authorization Code
Complete SMS verification as prompted. Send a text to the specified number, then click "I’ve sent it".
The system will generate a 16-character authorization code. Copy and save it—you’ll need it for setup.
Step 3: Complete Email Setup in the System
Go to Inbox → Mail → "Add Email Account".
Enter your email address and display name, then click "Confirm".
On the authorization page, click "Confirm".
Enter the 16-character app password (not your regular Gmail password). Click "Next".
After authorization, click "Close this page".
You will see "Email account successfully added". Click "Go to Mail" to access your inbox.
Emails from the last 90 days will be imported automatically. This may take some time.
Once completed, you can start using the email feature.
