Google Mail (@gmail.com)

To successfully add your Gmail account, please complete the following two key steps:

  1. Enable Two-Step Verification in your Google Account.

  2. Generate a dedicated App Password and use it to sign in.

Step 1: Enable Two-Step Verification

Go to your Google Account settings: Open Gmail, click your profile icon → Manage your Google Account.

In the left menu, select Security, locate Two-Step Verification, and click "Get Started".

Choose a verification method and click "Add Phone Number".

Enter your phone number to receive verification codes via SMS.

Enter the code you received to complete the setup.

Step 2: Generate an App Password

In the Google Account search bar, type "App passwords" and go to the App Passwords page.

Enter an application name, then click "Generate".

A 16-character app password will be created. Copy it immediately—you’ll need it for setup.

Step 3: Complete Email Setup in the System

Go to Inbox → Mail → "Add Email Account".

Enter your email address and display name, then click "Confirm".

On the authorization page, click "Confirm".

After authorization, click "Close this page".

You will see "Email account successfully added". Click "Go to Mail" to access your inbox.

Emails from the last 90 days will be imported automatically. This may take some time.
