Microsoft Email (@outlook.com / @hotmail.com)
Step 1: Access the Email Setup Page
Go to Inbox → Mail, then click "Add Email Account".

Step 2: Enter Basic Account Information
In the Email Management window, enter your email address and display name, then click "Confirm".
Step 3: Account Authorization & Login
You will be redirected to the account authorization page. Click "Confirm".
You will then be redirected to the Microsoft authorization page. Click "Continue with Microsoft" (or "Continue").
On the Microsoft login screen, enter your email password and click "Sign in".
After successful authorization, click "Close this page".
Step 4: Authorization Complete & Setup Finished
Once redirected back to the system, you will see a "Email account successfully added" message. Click "Go to Mail" to access your inbox.
Your most recent 90 days of emails will be automatically imported. This may take some time—you can check back later.
Once the import is complete, you can start using the email feature.
